General Description

This vessel is a 100% FRESH-WATER EXPERIENCED cutter-rigged, blue water-capable cruiser built with a solid reputation as a seaworthy sailing craft. 

She is in excellent condition!!!

Construction attributes include a balloon closed cell resin core on the decks that do not allow water intrusion like balsa cores. 

Interior/Accommodations

The IP31 features a large “U” shaped galley, a good-sized head and, for enjoyment and/or entertaining, a bulkhead-mounted table

The V Berth is spacious with an opening hatch and portlight and there is plenty of storage with a hanging locker on port of entrance, shelves on either side and 2 cabinets under the berth. There are 2 reading lights.

The head is aft on starboard and includes a sink, shower, commode, teak towel holder, two mirrors and cabinet. There is an opening port and hatch.

The Main Saloon features an “L” shaped settee on starboard that converts to a double berth. There is a straight settee across on port with a hanging locker forward of it. The dining table stores on starboard saloon bulkhead when not in use. There is an opening hatch, 4 opening ports, 4 reading lights and 1 12Volt fan for light and ventilation.

The “U-shaped galley is on the port side with double sink, 3 burner propane stove & oven, large top loading, double door ice box and refrigerator, lots of storage and a single opening port.

A quarter berth suitable for a couple includes a forward facing Nav Station. The cleverly designed quarter berth becomes a seat for the nav. table. There are 2 opening ports and an opening hatch. The deep Cockpit provides security & is long enough for entertaining and sleeping.

This vessel is an extremely roomy 31 footer. You can comfortably sleep 4, but can also accommodate 6 if need be with a convertible saloon that affords plenty of room for guests.
